Mel Robbins

Melanie Robbins is an American lawyer, television host, author, and motivational speaker. She is mostly known for her TEDx talk, How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over; and her books, The 5 Second Rule and The High 5 Habit.

Life Before Fame:
Fighting depression during her career as a lawyer, Mrs. Robbins wanted to change her life. She was tired of the daily grind and wanted to achieve true bliss. Finally realizing she wanted a career in public speaking, she started a radio show and has never looked back since.

Walk into the limelight:

Mrs. Robbins’ workshops are scientifically backed. Her TEDx talk titled “How to Stop Screwing Yourself Over” has millions of views. She then published her self-help books and now is the most sought-after female speaker in the world.
