Facebook / Meta messenger provides easy steps to configure the messenger Live Chat to your website. This will help your visitors to reach out to you directly through messenger chat so you can help them and also it will be an opportunity for a business to convert those people as your customers.
Login to https://business.facebook.com/
From dashboard, select the Facebook Page of the business, and then click on “Inbox” , “Chat Plugin” . This will fetch the website URL from your business page, you can also add more websites as shown in below image.
Click on “Publish” at the end.
Now, click on “Setup” as seen on same page. (Above point 4 in image) and Select and follow the integration steps.

(1) Login to your website dashboard. (2) Click on Plugins from left sidebar (3) Click on Add New and search for “Facebook Chat Plugin” (4) Facebook Chat Plugin search will be seen (5) Click on “Install Now” and proceed to activate the plugin.
You will see a new option added in Settings, with “Facebook Chat” , click on the same.
Click on “Setup Chat Plugin”
A new window will appear, where you can select the page which is linked in with the website and click on Continue.
You can proceed with the customisation if required and at the end click on “Publish” so you will start seeing the Chat Window at the bottom.
